missingWrote a review on Dec 22bar areacommunal spacesroom cleanliness
One barely tolerable aspect was the unique charm of the bar area, which carried a cool vibe that offered an excellent place to unwind after a long day. The layout of the communal spaces felt open and inviting, providing an opportunity to socialize or simply kick back.
The Standard Single Room with Shared Bathroom was a letdown. The shared bathroom situation turned unpleasant due to cleanliness issues, with hair and other unsightly debris in the drain. The rooms carried bizarre odors reminiscent of sewerage and mold, which was not conducive to a comfortable stay. I had a hard mattress that resulted in back pain, and dealing with the noise from common areas made it worse. This place needs serious maintenance and cleaning attention.

The staff were charming and eager to assist, but the breakfast options were challenging to navigate due to the language barrier. The room overlooking the back garden provided a peaceful ambiance.

If you're a foodie, the nearby Gaudelee and La Trattoria Palacio are must-visits! Trust me, their beef dishes are out of this world. Plus, I snagged a great breakfast tray in my room one morning, which was a lovely touch. Can't forget to mention the surprisingly good service at the front desk. they were a great help during check-in.

missingWrote a review on Jun 12decent roomaccessible locationlanguage barriercomplicated breakfastlimited english
The room was decent for a solo traveler, accommodating my luggage and providing a restful place to sleep. The location was a highlight, with everything from restaurants to museums just a short walk away. However, the breakfast ordering process was challenging due to the language barrier, as the menu was in Spanish and not easy to navigate. Additionally, the staff, while friendly, had limited English skills, which may be a drawback for non-Spanish speakers.

Had an awesome time! Room was spacious and clean, and the staff were super friendly. Found a great spot with a view of the back garden, which was chill. Plus, it's close to malls and everything we needed.
Not a single complaint.
